Our next meeting: Million Dollar Ideas (MDI's) - Part 2 - Friday 12 Oct. - 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. - Soave Room - The PALAZZO

We already have 18 people confirmed... again complimentary with kind support of Mark Sawkins G.M. The PALAZZO.

You will note from the program today that I learn quickly from each exploratory session.

On Saturday - MDI Part 1. in The PALAZZO Boardroom - we heard the MDI's presented by John Reilly - Reilly Inc., Carmen Schneider-Kemp - Divine-Parents, Ian Wight - Ozonize, Chris Porter - Drug Awareness & Martin Wittstock - S.A. Business Index... and we got a little better acquainted with the quality of people and their questions and answers in the room.

From Saturday's MDI Part. 1 session I learned that we will need to apply the 10-Minute presentation rule STRICTLY in order to get through the MDI's that need to be presented (A maximum of 5 PPT slides is recommended). And, I mean I will be STRICT...!

Each 10-minute segment will be followed by a STRICT 5-minute Q & A.

To save time at this MDI Part 2. session, I would like each attendee to prepare a WRITTEN Word-of-Mouth recommendation statement (maximum 30 words) about what the exploratory process has done for YOU so far... about the personal value you have gained... the sort of comment that you would be making to your friends at a braai about what blows you away about what you are involved in at the moment.. - we will be kicking off with these statements... :-)

I will lead off the Part. 2 process with a presentation on behalf of The PALAZZO in a program that looks like this:

And YES, I know... there are some of you who want another shot at presenting your business MDI again... all in good time (even in the program above I am holding back some great MDI's of my own because of lack of time)... we need to work everyone through this exploratory concept into a structured process of implementation ASAP... and we haven't yet begun to touch on the MDI processes described in Cracking The Millionaire Code. The learning curve for everyone with an MDI is to prepare an ELEVATOR Pitch - a sizzling summary - of your concept that grabs our attention in the SHORTEST time. If you can't do that in 60 seconds you have a challenge, if you can't do it in 5 minutes you're in trouble, if you can't do it in 10 minutes you don't understand your problem... ;-)
